
Jillianne Jerkins

Jill comes to Jerkins Law, PLLC, with a background in federal litigation, government law, and legislative process. While attending Nashville School of Law, Jill worked as a judicial assistant and paralegal to Judge William L. Campbell, Jr. at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. Upon passing the Bar Exam, Jill became a law clerk for Judge Campbell and, in that role, handled a complex case load involving civil rights law, employment law, contracts and business litigation, tort cases, and statutory interpretation. Jill loves digging into the nuances of legal questions to secure positive outcomes for clients. In private practice, Jill focuses on business and contractual disputes, federal law, and estate planning.
